Engagement Guidelines

By engaging services, initiating an inquiry through the Direct Inquiry Terminal, or entering into a statement of work (SOW) with Rittik Sadhukhan, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms establish the operational and legal baseline for full-stack engineering, SaaS architecture, and technical consulting.

All engineering projects are governed by documented technical specifications. Deliverables are partitioned into clear project milestones (e.g., Architecture Design, Core API Implementation, Frontend Engineering, Integration & Production Deployment). Milestone sign-offs affirm client inspection and acceptance.

Upon final milestone settlement and full compensation receipt, 100% of all custom source code, application architectures, database schemas, and project assets are fully assigned to the client.

Both parties agree to uphold strict non-disclosure obligations. Proprietary business data, confidential source code repositories, API credentials, and trade secrets disclosed during engagement are safeguarded with professional technical diligence. Mutual NDAs are executed prior to deep architectural inspection upon client request.

Engagements operate on structured milestone disbursements, bi-weekly retainers, or agreed fixed-price deliverables. Standard invoices carry net-14 payment terms via wire transfer or verified international merchant gateways unless explicitly arranged in writing.

Custom deliverables include a 30-day post-launch warranty period covering bug fixes, runtime discrepancy remediation, and deployment stability verification at zero incremental charge. Beyond the warranty window, ongoing maintenance retainers are available.
